Creative Fire A three month coaching program to heal your art wounds, uncover your unique voice, reignite your creative soul…and fire up your life.
You are a creative person.
You know it deep in your bones. When you’re being creative you feel like yourself. The best version of yourself. Something inside you comes alive.
But life gets in the way.
Work and family and all of the things.
And then by the time you get home at the end of the day you’re way more likely to be vegging out to Netflix than pulling out the paint set or having a solo dance party in the living room.
Or maybe you do make it to choir rehearsal once a week, or pull out your ukelele from time to time. But it’s not enough.
You want creativity--and the life force that comes with it--to be at the center of your life, not an afterthought.
Even if you have lots of responsibilities in the over-full lives we all have.
And what’s in the way is not actually what it seems--the practical stuff like not enough time or energy. Of course there are real limitations, but how much time do you spend scrolling on your phone every day? Take a fraction of that and put it toward creative practice and your whole life could change.
The real block to our creative fulfillment is not about the structure of our lives, but the structure of our minds.
Our bodies long to dance wildly, and in comes that voice in our head, dripping with sarcasm: “uh huh, that’ll be REAL pretty.”
Or maybe we’re not even connected to that desire because it was buried so long ago. But I can promise you that every single one of us loved to dance, sing, draw, play, and imagine with wild abandon waaaaaay back when. Before self-consciousness set in, before school and grown-ups and peers told us we weren’t “good enough”, before society told us that our creativity and imagination weren’t important.
Or maybe you’ve stayed connected to creativity but you keep playing small, dabbling and taking classes rather than sharing your own work with the world. You doubt you’ll ever feel ready or talented enough.
That version of life ends now.
No more hiding your own beautiful spark.
No more endless consuming of other people’s creative expression that just lands you feeling jealous and inadequate.
No more creative dreams that are so far buried that you won’t even utter them out loud.
Give us three months together to reignite your creative fire. You’ll be a different person on the other side.
(Actually, you’ll just be more of yourself. In the best way.)
Here's what to expect from this 3-month coaching program:
Your creativity will start flowing as we uncover AND overcome the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back.
You’ll be more free, more playful, and more in touch with your intuition as you integrate creativity into your daily life through regular practice.
You’ll begin healing your wounds around art, reconnect to your heart’s long-buried creative desires, and start making your creative dreams REAL (with lots of support and accountability, of course.)
You’ll be more brave and bold in all areas of your life as you start trusting your own voice.
You’ll no longer feel alone or alienated with your creativity, because you’ll know that I have your back and believe in you (even after our work together is done.)
