My primary therapeutic approach is called AEDP, which stands for Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. It's a pretty jargon-y name for something that is actually very personal, warm, and real.
At its core, AEDP is about us working together as a team with openness and curiosity about your experience. We'll explore your experience in the moment, your experience of our relationship, as well as your experience of your life. Together, we will uncover places where you get stuck to release your full healing capacity--something that's innate in you.
I find AEDP to be a deeply fulfilling approach because it really works. And because it invites you to be yourself fully through our work, and me to be myself fully as your therapist.
