In the midst of all of our creative explorations, I often bring in my "traditional" therapist skills through my favorite therapeutic approach, AEDP, which stands for Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. It's a pretty jargon-y name for something that is actually very personal, warm, and real.
At its core, AEDP is about us working together as a team with openness and curiosity about your experience. We'll explore your experience in the moment--of your body, your feelings, the images that are arising, as well as your experience of our relationship. Together, we uncover places where you get stuck to release your full healing capacity--something that's innate in you.
